Organic sweet potato baby food (which is a big hit with Cthulhu) organic peanut butter, some flaxseed, sunflower seed, brown rice and oatmeal kibble I made, freeze-dried crickets and bloodworms, grape, coconut and a wilted hibiscus flower. I have a gorgeous pink one that blooms prolifically.

Tonight I'm making what I call 'Banana Pudding"

First, get a chunk of banana. Then you can mash it up with a spoon or use a food processor. Then add a small amount of milk. (The amount you add depends on how much banana, and what consistency you want it). I mix it all up until is all soft and mushy. Then you can add whatever you please: fruits, nuts, plants, seeds, etc. (I like to add mushed up raisins, cranberries, walnuts, flowers, seeds) You can also freeze it so its ready to go whenever you want. My crabs seem to really enjoy this!

Tonight the hermies are having:
Snails, grapes, beans, red peppers, and moistened ground cuttlebone/oyster shell/pure calcium carbonate mixed with ground bee pollen.
Looks almost good enough to eat.

They love carrots and apples. I usually cover one of the two with honey instead of giving it to them separately. :D

Bee pollen has been such a big hit in my tank. Chia seeds and plants too.
I found that putting the honey on a bit of toast or dry bread makes it easier to eat and clean up! Chamomile didnt go over that well. Passion flower is going over big. I would love to get some burning bush to try for them.
