This is an amazing story and show of pictures! I've heard that Bob is ill and wonder if he'll still have the time and strength to continue doing this work. I hope he can share how he was able to do it. I think it would be amazing if someone with the proper resources could start a captive breeding program and raise successful generations of hermit crabs. To me that would be a dream come true.

Lovely pics, thank you for sharing. I honestly didn't realise that breeding crabs was that rare in captivity, no wonder everyone was curious about my 2 females last year!

ELHC is closed due to Bob working on his health right now. We all hope that one day he will want to reopen the store and sell exotics again. His research continues however his extra time is limited so he chooses not to sell Hermit crabs at this time.. If this changes ill let everyone know. Blessings, Suebee
