Yesterday hubby got a call at work from the Store Manager asking him for more information.

She said that they don't have outside internet access at the store and are not able to look up information, and that she herself was not very well versed on the fish department. She asked him a bunch of questions, and he gave her the information that he could stressing that they mainly just need fresh water on a regular basis (something that won't cost them anything), and she said she'd look into it more!
Granted, it is Walmart and that's not saying that things will change, but I thought it was amazing that they called that quickly for a follow-up.

Everything I had heard about Walmart says to never expect a response (I never got one when I complained about something else), so I am really excited about this.
