Re: My poor little E "Bug"
The last few days I have had Bug under a cocohut with a tiny opening to keep it dark but I can still see a tiny bit of her. Well I just came home from work and peeked in and she molted!!!!!
I can barely make out the pile of exo but then I saw her move so she seems alive and well!!!!

Lol! No pics yet, too early to disturb her, I'm sure she's still very pink and has a soft exo.

Re: My poor little E "Bug"- UPDATE- She Molted!
Today, my poor baby passed
I don't really know what happened, but I peaked in on Sunday night and noticed she had not eaten any of her exo, she moved it kind of out of her way. Yesterday morning I looked at Bug and she did not have any color to her exo and she didn't look like her exo was hardening, hard to explain, I've seen crabs right after a molt, I had my largest do a surface molt last summer and I know she started getting color to her exo within a half a day and you could see that the exo was hardening up. Grant it my surface molt was a PP and Bug was an E but I knew something wasn't right. Her exo still looked translucent. Yesterday I placed her near water and she drank, I placed her near food and she ate a little, she seemed too weak to walk anywhere, she just sat there even when I left her for a bit. Before she molted and only had 1 leg she seemed to get around better. Today when I got back home after leaving her for a bit by the food I found her shell by the food dish but she was naked in another spot. She wasn't strong enough to bring the shell with her for the few inches back to the hut. I don't know if handling her was right or wrong but I went with my gut because I really felt something wasnt right. I touched her legs and they felt soft, again like the exo wasn't hard. RIP little Bug, I will really miss her even though she was my biggest troublemaker

I'm so very sorry that you lost her. I know that you tried hard and gave her the best chance at making it.

I'm so so sorry you did everything you could, it was up to her whether she was strong enough to go through with the molt and I geuss she wasn't.
I was really hoping she'd make it she sounds like she was a wonderful crabby and good friend
