Just letting peeps know, it's supposed to go back to normal cold by Monday, so today (Friday) is the last day you can order isopods from me. We'll be taking them out of stock in about 5 hours until May 2013.

Just put in my order. Was going to just get moose poop, but I thought I'd try a few different things.

Same! Thought I was just going to get rose leaves/flowers (the Es go crazy for them), crab exo for emergencies with molters (sold out of the hermit crab one already ), bee pollen (better than anything I can buy locally) and moose poop, and I ended up buying like $30 worth of stuff. (Hubby loves me, for sure. If I ever had any doubts, I now know he loves me unconditionally.) I had no idea there would be that much of a selection in the shop. The flowers! And the leaves! And the shells! And the sheep poop!meldamiriel wrote:Just put in my order. Was going to just get moose poop, but I thought I'd try a few different things.

Probably a long while. A few weeks. The ones I have are quite hardy (and healthy). They have stuff to eat and moist air to breathe in their container, so they should be fine.

Re: Alaska Hermit food store open for business! :D
thanks! For a moment I had that same perplexity of crabs in the mail or HMiles in the mail... I wasnt sure how isopods traveled as I have never had to take them farther than a few feet- yard to living room . My yard seems to be rather desolate off the little critters now... oooppsies. To dry of a summer and quickly hitting cold.
EDIT**** Mail man came- They are here and currently exploring their new home! Thank you!
