Tonight we have parsley sweet mint basal crab exo (from the beach) lentils, fennel seeds, cuttlebone, brine shrimp, crushed dried rose petals, and kelp powder, anyone know if crabs will eat a common sage leaf? Is it bad for them?

I've offered it a couple times and it never seemed touched.

Thanks. Let us know if they eat it!

Tonight is fresh coconut, papaya puree, carrot, plum, hibiscus coral calcium, bee pollen, cooked unseasoned ground beef, and maple leaves & twigs. Athelas went straight for the carrot. :D

Not a great pic because it's through the glass, but tonight we discovered just how much our guys LOVE parsley & cilantro!

Has anyone tried giving lavender to their crabs? That's a mint. I'm just curious...

But tonight its medium boiled egg topped with honey and kelp powder and last nights veggies.

BTW stitch took some bites out of the sage leaf but it isn't a favorite.

It came up in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=25&t=99219&p=910628&hil ... er#p910628

I think it's still undecided but looking like it may be ok. We just need more people willing to offer it and see if their crabs actually eat it without problem.

Today was some fresh cherries, thawed broccoli bits, rolled oats, some pine nuts, and a little dab of honey. One of them ate some of the mackerel I put in yesterday, so just trying new things, see if they rush after any of them.

Rose petals, oak leaves and stem, blackberry leaves, hibiscus flower, blueberries, peanut butter and crushed cuttlebone all tossed and drizzled with a bit of honey in one dish. In the other is freeze dried mealworms and shrimp. Hope the new guys like dinner!
