It doesn't matter what the tank looks like to us humans, so long as the hermits have what they need. Heat, humidity, deep substrate and enriching things to climb on - all of which you've provided.
Your tank is so much like my first one! Mushroom containers for water dishes (the only downside is they tend to crack a lot), branches from outside (which they love and I've never stopped using) - and even down to the netting (although I used my old fishnet tops from my goth days

). I had trouble with heat the first few months since it was my first time with exotic pets, and had to keep the tank wrapped in an emergency mylar blanket to boost the heat high enough. It was overwhelming at times, but it was a heck of a lot of fun!
