Hickory nuts?

Hey all!

I went to Pennsylvania this weekend and picked some (or a whole box- lol) of hickory nuts! Are they safe for the crabs? I hope so! That's the only reason I got them! XD

Also if they are safe, I should just crack them open and leave the whole thing in the crabitat, right? (Instead of de-shelling them)

Check if they use pesticides at the farm. If not, do what u said and just crack them open and leave them in the crabitat. Your crabs will love picking them apart! :)
