What do you think of my crabitat remodel?

This is a 10 gallon tank for 3 PPs. I've been busy, busy, busy remodeling and trying to get my conditions up to par since I lost Robin. My concern now is that I haven't left enough bare sand space for them to dig and bury. The largest amount of clear space is on the left hand side of the tank, under the moss pit and behind the mopani wood. What do you think?

(I also have a screen lid with a piece of glass that covers all but a 1/4" of space around the sides + a hood light with a moonglow 25 watt bulb. I have a ultratherma (sp?) attached to the back of the tank).

(I used 50 lbs of premixed sand from the hermit crab patch to fill the tank. You can't really tell in the picture but I have 6-7" of substrate.)

It looks great and don't worry, they will find a place to dig down.

It looks good to me, I think they'll find ways to dig down crabs are pretty good at that, just be prepared to do some sand straightening

Thanks! That's a relief! I was afraid I was going to have to upsize. Don't have the funds for that after all I've done recently These little pets sure are addictive and expensive

What did you use for the shell shop and moss pit? link?

Thank you!! I used the same soap dish for the moss pit and shell shop. Bought from Amazon. Here is the link:

They are working great. If I mist directly on the suction cups of the shell shop it will slide a bit so I have to mist around it. Otherwise haven't had any trouble.

It comes in a larger size too but that wouldn't fit in my 10 gallon tank. Ideally, I'd like something a little longer for the shell shop so I can spread the shells out a little more. My crabs don't seem to mind. They are in it every night looking around.

Just an FYI: the same suction cup soap dish is available at Walmart for $3.
