Helios (God of the Sun) is a trendsetter.

Post by KellyCrabbieLove » Mon Mar 02, 2015 5:42 pm

My new guy put one of my African turbos. The only use any of them got was a long time back one of my large females tried it on and them changed back within 5 minutes. They had been ignored other than that since. Today I came down and Iris is wearing one! They are all snuggled up in matching shells. I couldn't get a good picture angle but here they are.

It is hard to see and I am really hoping to get a better picture. But one is peeking up over the other's shell.

Here is Iris. I think she is checking out the shell she is sitting on. I startled her and she climbed up on it like that. Figures she won't stay in the pretty turbo.

One of your photos made me wonder if anyone has ever put a mirror up in their tat and how the crabs reacted to it...

Ok so in a strange twist. He went into the slotted she she started in and she stayed in the African turbo. Thank god I took pics when it was only him. I can identify him by the silver shapes on the shell.
