In the supplements bowl, I plan to keep earthworm castings, calcium (ground bonemeal tablets), and a ground nut mix (almonds, cashews, and walnuts, along with some flaxseed & dried coconut).
In the dry foods bowl, I currently have some oak leaf pieces, an oak twig, and a dry ground seaweed supplement I bought from a seller I found on here (the oak things are from the same seller, as well as the earthworm castings). This bowl will also get any other wild-type foods like leaves, bark, acorns, flower blossoms, etc.
In the wet/fresh foods bowl, here's where I plan to vary the foods nightly or every other night based on this menu -
Day 1 - mutton, mealworms, blueberries, veggie 1
Day 2 - raw chicken, krill, raspberries, veggie 2, brown rice
Day 3 - shrimp, squid, peaches, veggie 1, raw honey
Day 4 - egg, spirulina/brine shrimp, mango, veggie 2, brown rice
Day 5 - raw duck, waxworms, blueberries, veggie 1, raw honey
Day 6 - raw fish, crickets, raspberries, peanut butter
Day 7 - bloodworms, krill, veggie 2, brown rice, coconut oil
Veggie 1 will be a finely chopped mix of corn, broccoli, peas, dandelion, and cilantro. Veggie 2 will be a finely chopped mix of carrots, peppers, squash, sweet potato, and parsley. Both mixes will be frozen into small cubes. The animal meats will be small amounts taken from my dog's meals, she gets a raw diet of 80/10/10 grinds (80% meat, 10% bone, 10% organs). The insects are all canned, and so is the shrimp. The krill, squid, bloodworms, and spirulina/brine shrimp are all frozen fish food. The veggies for the two veggie mixes are all organic (except for the squash, I believe), and the fruits are all frozen & organic. The peanut butter is organic & the only ingredient is peanuts.
I plan on changing the food every night or every other night, I'm not sure yet. Maybe every other for right now, since two are burrowed under the substrate anyway, and the other little one has a little hollow made for himself (so I'm not sure if he's preparing to burrow or not).
