Wow, very interesting tank! What is the footprint of each side (length x width)? I'm looking forward to seeing it complete.

It's 4 feet long, 2 feet high, and a foot wide.

Finally some updates! Got the substrate in.

Temporary water pools with bubbler.

Lower tunnel they can crawl through to get to other side.

Side view of other side. Handmade food trough made of wood. Coconut shells half buried underneath.

Front view is kinda foggy since substrate was just put in.

That's incredible, I can only dream of a tank that big! Quick question though, how did you get the holes in the glass? did you have someone custom build it? did you build it? it's really cool, and I was planning on linking two tanks together somehow (probably just with a bridge) but I'd love to know how those tunnels are made. Once again, awesome tank :)

Its actually an acrylic tank. Super lightweight. I wish I knew how to link them but I found this tank on Craigslist for $60! Its got a lit of scratches but i fell in love with it as soon as I saw it!

You could also put them side by side and just have a big thing they can climb into the other one. Before I got this I thought about making an extended screen enclosure atop my 20gal so they had more space above.

I'd love to see it!! Yeah I built a a custom box for my butterflies. Before I saw this tank I was going to custom build an extension.

That's looking pretty awesome and I wish I could find a tank that was cracked on th base etc to turn into a huge crabitat as you have inspired me with all the cool things you have added
