Did I just dig up a molting crab!?!?

I was gone at camp for a week and when I came back the sand in my crabitat was dirty so it had been a while since I had taken the sand out and rinsed it so as I was scooping it out I found one of my crabs very pale and buried in the sand she wasn't moving did I dig up a molting crab? :(

Sounds like it. Isolate her with any pieces of her exo that you find. Place a hide over her in ISO to provide dark and privacy and leave her be. Keep her isolated until she finishes eating her exo and has been active and eating normally for at least a few days.

I cant find any of her exo help can i give her eggshells?poor aroura

Right now all she really needs is her exo but calcium and protein sources are good, along with other healthy foods. Kilimanjaro's Guide to Hermit Crab Nutrition

Eggshells are great. Cuttlebone, shrimp, dried crickets, mealworms.

Definitely make it dark! It makes them feel safe and it mimicks being underground!
