Can you keep big hermies with little ones?

Ok, I have read every bit of info I can find on hermits & most of it says its okay to keepliitle guys with big guys. But when I went to Petco, teh lady said not to & that they needed to be the same size. I know petco isn't all that reliable, so I was wondering what you could say about it? Thanks

There are generally very few or no problems in keeping larger and smaller hermit crabs together. In the wild, hermit crab herds include all sizes, so there's no inherent problem with it. Just make sure your tank is big enough to give everyone plenty of room to move around and hide.
