Vitamin B and molt success
I was just tooling around the archives and found a thread by Julia Crab of the Epicurean Hermit where she responds to a question on commercial foods. Shes believe a vitamin B deficiency can impact molt success; something definitely good to know.Vitamin B can be found in whole grains (wheat and oats), fish and seafood, meat and poultry, eggs, leafy greens, beans and peas.Remember everyone, while protein, fruits, veggies, calcium and cellulose are important to good hermie health, providing a limited diet high in only one or two groups of foods and failing to address others will impact the quality and longevity of their lives. Too, they should receive at least one food from each group daily and not one group a day.
