Hi
Welcome! Hermit crabs are the BEST
Hi
Hi Hermit_Crab_Lover309! Hope to see you around here a lot! I'm still learning but I've found that this is a great group of people and they are all very friendly!

Hi
Do not panic! They move around a lot when they dig so no worries! They rarely end up where they started. There's probably a whole maze of tunnels under all our tats!
Hi
I wouldn't worry too much over it like finalfantasyxii said the odds of a crab being in the same spot it went down are very low as this is a defensive mechanism to keep themselves from being easily discovered.
Hi I have autism so I tend to answer questions very directly and with little emotion so please don't think I'm being rude.

Hi
...like Geranium said, if he surfaced molted (too long to say: why don't we call it SM or something?) you should ISO him and his exo. The other crab could go cannibalistic on him!
