UTH + Shower Caddie Questions

I have 2 (hopefully) questions:How big should my UTH for my 35 gallon be, and how many?I bought a shower caddie today. It has holes in the sides. Should I put moss on the sides and bottom, or should I line it with something else?

The uth (or combo of uth) needs to be 3x the size rated for your tank so you could get one rated for a 60g and one for a 40g which would give you the correct heat using 2 uths. You could also split it between 3 uths. This gives you the opportunity to only use one if you have really hot summers or all if needed. You can put whatever in shower caddies. Moss, leaves shells .....

@Obba, for a 35gal you would need a pad rated for a sixty gallon and one rated for a ten to twenty gallon unless you live in a colder state then I would do a pad rated for a thirty to forty gallon in conjunction with the sixty gallon rated pad.I use two corner shower caddies for second levels in my enclosure and I rotate from moss to shells randomly and both seem to work quite well.
