Yes to both fresh and salt water being available in iso. The hide over her will be enough to provide darkness, and that way she can choose what she needs. And take a deep breath! She should be ok. It sounds like you've caught her towards the end of it all since you can't find any exo.

I am a new crab owner so don't purport to be any kind of expert AT ALL but both my crabs have just come up from molting - while they were buried I put a cuttlefish bone in their tank and they are demolishing it now that they've emerged - they love it. They also have a range of seeds, popcorn, cucumber, carrot, fruit and what have you to eat, and they are having a go at all that stuff too, but the cuttlefish is by far the fave choice.
