All "blueberries" that you find in the world now come from Indonesia, Japan stopped the sale of them a few years ago. So yeah, probably this species has been in circulation.

Felix Wang is the only one I know of with a license to export Blueberries (purpureus).

I personally do not buy crabs. I have nothing against anyone that does, and I cannot honestly say that if a straw or exotic popped up in my local pet store that I wouldn't snap it up in a heartbeat. I've adopted over 50 PP in the last two years and never once ran into even an E that didn't come from a Petco (a friend gave me 2 as a gift last November).

I hate the thought of shipping crabs. I refuse to do it. It is almost never a good time here in Texas, it's either over 100 degrees or too cold in other parts of the world when it is safe here. I hate that they've already gone through so much to get here in the first place; I just can't justify importing any more, no matter how beautiful they are. (This is just my personal opinion and stance on doing so, you don't have to agree with me.) I had an overseas vendor offer to gift me an assortment of crabs recently, from pink indos to cavipes and I had to turn them down repeatedly.

Anyway to get back on topic. The Lilacs are lovely.
