Is this decholrinator safe?

I dont see why you cant use it. Ammonia should really ve a problem in our crabitats if you do regular water changes. The important thing is the removal or heavy metals and chloramine (agitating the water is another way that one can remove chlorine... or just let it sit for a couple of days)
