Yep - any of the aquarium silicones like Aqueon, although there a few different brands out there. It also comes in black.

Dap makes one one as well that you can find at Lowes: http://www.lowes.com/pd_70512-68-00688_ ... facetInfo=

Wow, I am concerned now. I have been using Loctite Clear Silcone Waterproof Sealant for years. I have 2 built in pools about a gallon deep each. I have never had leaks knock on wood but I have never checked the ph levels or any other type of levels. Should I be doing this? I don't have a filter system ( although I would love to have one so if anyone can suggest I would be appreciative) I simply take out the water rinse off the rocks, wipe it out and put new water in. I have been doing this for years with no health problems. Am I doing it wrong?

I forgot to add that I do have bubblers in each of my pools. :D

Nope, right link. :) That stuff is aquarium safe, and it's what I used on my zoea build.

There's also:
http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/p ... agpspn=pla
http://www.homedepot.com/buy/dap-28-oz- ... KnLRofBdbQ
http://www.petco.com/product/4114/All-G ... alant.aspx

And there are probably more brands out there as well, but those are the big three that I can think of off the top of my head. As long as it states "Fish safe" or "Aquarium safe" there won't be anything harmful in it.

Having used the GE I before, and then real aquarium silicone, there really is a HUGE difference in quality. GE I is opaque and thick and goopy, while the aquarium silicone is crystal clear, rubbery, and sticky.
