Lemon Grass and Chicory Root

I was wondering if anyone knew about Lemon Grass and/or Chicory Root being safe for hermit crabs to eat? Also if there was such thing as an "Unsafe food" list for hermit crabs for that double check every now and then? Thanks in advance!

Lemon grass is on the UNSAFE list. Not sure about chickory root. Unsafe food list is here- viewtopic.php?f=25&t=92556
