Parakeets laying eggs

Well my parakeets have 5 eggs now. I've been waiting most of the year for them to nest and they finally decided to lay. It looks like they are going to be good parents and hatch and take care of the babies. I'm hoping to keep one to tame since both parents don't want to be tamed. The others I'll probably sell. It's very exciting they should start hatching just before Christmas.

Thats cool. My son has 4 parakeets and 2 of them made an egg. After it hatched he gave it to my fater-in-law for christmas. Congrads
