Water/Olive Oil Mishap

Post by Tala » Tue Mar 29, 2016 3:32 pm

So I made some popcorn for the little guys earlier and as I was putting it in with their food I realized there was a hole in the Tupperware container (I'd just dumped everything from the pot into a bowl to carry to the tank) and olive oil leaked into their salt water dish. Should I change their water right away or will it be okay for a couple days or till their next water change? I JUST changed the water before it happened, and it's such a pain-- plus I'm horrible at keeping the pebbles out of the garbage disposal when I rinse them lol. But I'll gladly do it if it's going to be a problem.

I would personally change it just to be on the safe side.
