ALBANY/SARATOGA/ROCHESTER, NY

Hi,
I'm a college student but my crabs stay home and are cared for by my sister and my mom when I'm not home. I love my hermies and have had them for 3 years. There is 8 inches of coconut fiber in the bottom of there tank, plenty of new shells, a humidity gaug, thermometer and a giant climbing wood structure they love. I only have two crabs at the moment but since my mom upgraded to a larger tank while I was away at school I would like to add one or two mor two the family. I can travel within an hour and a half of the Albany/Saratoga NY area and the Rochester NY area. I'm also willing to pay for shipping. For more information or if you think I might be a good fit for your crabs please let me know via PM. Anyone who mows me knows I love my hermies and look forward to expanding my crabby family

GREENLAND, NH

Hi all- I'm based in Greenland, NH- by Portsmouth. Recently lost my crab at age 20 (He was a big one!). I have a 20g tank with a great set-up, lots to do and climb on and dig in. Perfect auto regulated heat and humidity. I feed a mix of pellets, salad, egg, and occasionally other mixins like coconut flakes. He always had fresh and salt water.

I'm looking to adopt 3-4 hermit crabs and can drive up to 100 miles for them. Best way to contact is via email.

HARTFORD, CT

Hi there! If anybody needs to re-home their hermies in the New England area, I would be more than happy to welcome them to their new home! :) I live in the Hartford area of Connecticut, but will be willing to drive 1 hour. I am currently in the process of adopting a rescue hermit crab, however, the owners did not provide him with any other tank mates. I would love for him to be able to be social, and live the best life that he can. Willing to pay for shipping, and I have had many hermies in the past, and I am well experienced. If a tank is included, that would be wonderful.

Always available to talk, don't be shy to send me a message! :)

CONNETICUT

Hello! I am looking to adopt 1-3 hermit crabs to be companions of the one my brother rescued from a college friend. We are new to hermits, but are learning very quickly! I was very upset to see the tiny, sparse enclosure that the one we rescued was in and have been working to set up a much more nourishing environment for it!

I am located in CT and I am willing to travel to MA, RI, and parts of NY.

Thank you and I look forward to chatting!

Seeking hermit crab (1-2)

Post by kellylevin » Fri Nov 17, 2017 2:57 pm

BOSTON, MA

Hi,
I live in the Boston area and am looking to adopt a hermit crab. We have not been hermit crab owners before but have done significant research and promise to take good care of them. I don't want to support the pet industry in buying a new one and therefore would rather adopt one in need of a good home. I am willing to travel throughout new England.
Please email me at kelly.levin at gmail.com if you have any hermit crabs for adoption.
Thank you,
Kelly
