Alright, so I just finished setting up a viv for my Mediterranean house geckos, and I want to do the same for my crabs, since I'm looking for some better options for their tank and want it to look mostly if not completely naturalistic. I've read the main post for plants in hermit crab tanks, and was wondering if anyone knew which tend to grow the fastest? I've heard HCs have a tendency to destroy the plants, so I'm wondering if I provide enough, and fast enough growing ones, if the plants will be able to cope and regenerate. Maybe this is wishful thinking, but I'm willing to give it a shot because I think they need more variety in their diet and more natural behaviors like foraging. Also aesthetically I think it looks better that plastic plants, and right now the tank is kind of an eyesore in my room imo
Also know there's a way greater selection of plants out there, but don't know what I'm willing to risk. I was also curious about trying plants native to the Carribean region since PPs would naturally encounter those in the wild (I think)
