Is this bad cholla wood?
Hello so I've never ordered cholla wood before so I can't tell if I got two bad peices or if this color is normal. Thank you in advance for help!

If they’re the same texture as the rest of the cholla they’re probably just normal discolorations.

Yeah, it looks like this has been physically cleaned or sanded well, so the light bits are newly exposed and the dark bits have been weathered.
