live plants in habitat

Post by hermiehomie345 » Wed May 25, 2022 10:42 am

I've been looking into adding new hiding spots into my tank and I've read live plants can be good additions but others say it is safer to stick to fake plants. Is it safe to add non toxic live plants?

Live plants are safe, and crabbers have even had a few “toxic” plants such as pothos in their tanks long-term without issues. If you’re ready for the upkeep live plants may be worth looking into.
