Cycle fresh or salt water pool?

Post by emayers » Tue Oct 04, 2022 9:02 pm

I only have enough room to add in one small pool to cycle, the other will just be a smaller dish with a bubbler. Should I cycle my salt water or my fresh water? I will only be keeping PPs and maybe Es and would like to get some opinions. Thank you!

Hey! Usually, PP's don't rly use especially large water pools - they really just toe dip (that's NOT to say they shouldn't be able to submerge in the dish), But if you really have your heart set on a big water tank, unless your planning on keeping something like straws in the eventual future, go with fresh water. :)

I haven't been keeping crabs as long as some though. Thats just what I would do.
