Canned Crickets?

are Zoo Meds Can O Crickets safe for hermies?
I know that some people reccomend crickets for hermies but I dont often go to a pet store and have to buy what I want online.

I feed my guys the mini Zoo Med crickets and they love them. I'll put a few in and they'll be gone in the morning. Make you sure you refridgerate after opening. I hope your guys love um too!

That's what I use, both for the hermies and for my salamanders. I found that you need to freeze them if you want them to last more than a week, otherwise they get all moldy, even in the fridge. No big deal, once you take them out of the freezer, they thaw in about half an hour.
