How long can a teeny go without molting?

How long can a teeny go without molting?

2 of my teenies, Holly & Crosby, haven't molted in a while (at least 6 months), and just won't dig down! What's wrong?

Some crabs just don't like molting, I suppose. I have a couple of smalls that molt maybe twice a year. I guess it just depends on the crab. :?

Yes, it's very odd. :? They are still active and everything, they just won't go down and STAY down. My rug, Royal, FINALLY dug down, hopefully he'll start a trend with the other teenies!

I've got a couple of smalls who just love to dig, but they will never pull a molt while they are under. :roll: We just have some silly crabbies.

That is one good thing about have 22 crabs. You never really notice who is actually missing. :hlol:
