The Commercial Food sticky has a list of ingredients that are unsafe in commercial foods.

Nothing is really jumping out at me. I think both would be safe for occasional feeding (I prefer to feed mostly fresh). Rosemary is on the Unsafe and Unpopular list but nothing on that list is proven unsafe and it is found in quite a few commercial pet foods as a preservative I believe. Just something to keep in mind. I personally question it being on that list. It is an ingredient in a commercial crab food that I do offer occasionally and have been for around 9-10 months.

Thanks, I wasn't sure if the supplements would be safe.

Would occasionally feeding a little of my cresties food be okay? It's the Pangea powder.

I can't remember what the ingredients are but if you can post them I'll give a look. I think I had gave it a thought before and decided not to but it's been a while.

It was the Big Fat Gecko Smoothie. I had offered it to my crabs, then noticed the buckthorn being on the unsafe list, and not knowing much about it decided to removed it. Sorry, had to go back and look. Couldn't remember what or why.
