The Commercial Food sticky has a list of ingredients that are unsafe in commercial foods.

Nothing is really jumping out at me. I think both would be safe for occasional feeding (I prefer to feed mostly fresh). Rosemary is on the Unsafe and Unpopular list but nothing on that list is proven unsafe and it is found in quite a few commercial pet foods as a preservative I believe. Just something to keep in mind. I personally question it being on that list. It is an ingredient in a commercial crab food that I do offer occasionally and have been for around 9-10 months.
Re: What do you think about these foods?
Thanks, I wasn't sure if the supplements would be safe.

Would occasionally feeding a little of my cresties food be okay? It's the Pangea powder.
Re: What do you think about these foods?
I can't remember what the ingredients are but if you can post them I'll give a look. I think I had gave it a thought before and decided not to but it's been a while.mynameisH wrote:Would occasionally feeding a little of my cresties food be okay? It's the Pangea powder.

It's the Pangea brand.

Re: What do you think about these foods?
It looks ok to me as an occasional treat too.
Re: What do you think about these foods?
Sweet! I think they'd really enjoy it every once in a while .

Re: What do you think about these foods?
It was the Big Fat Gecko Smoothie. I had offered it to my crabs, then noticed the buckthorn being on the unsafe list, and not knowing much about it decided to removed it. Sorry, had to go back and look. Couldn't remember what or why.CallaLily wrote:I think I had gave it a thought before and decided not to but it's been a while.
