Muesli ok?

Post by Kermie16 » Mon Jun 20, 2016 8:33 am

We eat Bob's Red Mill Old Country Style Muesli regularly at home. Would it be safe to give to the hermies? Ingredients listed: while grain wheat, date crumbles, sunflower seeds, raisins, whole grain rye, whole grain barley, whole grain oats, whole grain triticale (wheat), flaxseeds, almonds and walnuts.

As long as there are not preservatives and the ingredients read nothing but what you listed, it should be safe

Bob's Red Mill products are always in my pantry and the crabs absolutely love the 10-grain cereal.
