Chia Seeds?

Hello, I know that some people have been growing things like chia in their crabitats. I was wondering what brand they are/where you get them, and if there are other seeds similar to chia that can be planted in the 'tat. The chia seeds I've been trying to grow never grow and just mold. Also, do you just put them on the sub and spray them with water every day?

Hello! This is what I use. I sprinkle it in my tank. I do not water mine. The humidity in my tank helps it grow. It definitely grows better if I sprinkle straight EE on it. . Just make sure the chia seeds are organic and not crushed. A lot of mine don't grow because my crabs love to eat them!

Has anyone tried flax? And if so what brand?

I gave mine flaxseed meal from sprouts a couple nights ago and found it smeared all around the food dish so I know Olve liked it lol. I have whole seeds as well but I've been selfish and keeping them to myself hehe. I haven't been thinking of sprouting them in the tat because my crabs never seem to enjoy sprouted chia...
