I have a 10 gal guppy tank set up for my son. (I'm thinking of setting up the 20 gal for this and doing away with the 10 gal all together.)

Edit - 20 gal is a 20 long. I recently sold a 55 gal with hoods and other accessories. (I upgraded from this to the 90 gal)

You'll get there one day. :) I started with a 10 gal then upgraded to a 55g. We bought big a house a few yrs ago (was renting a tiny 800 sq ft trailer when I first started). Upgraded the 55 to a 90 in Oct '16. Now I have a 120 for my exotics.... I think most of us has started out small.

Have managed to adopt out to forever homes and downsize to the point where we no longer have these:

75G, 40G, 29G, 20G, 60G, 55G, and multiple 5 to 10G (they all came free with rescues and we used them as ISO's).

Since my ex roomie moved out I now have my 55 gallon that I started off with a few years ago, a 20 gallon that is going to be the topper for that tank, and a few empty 10 gallons.

Am moving this summer and will probably seek out one large (100 gallons+) tank for my permanent colony and use totes for fosters/rescues.

Wow Daws!!! That's quite an upgrade since adopting those 11! That's awesome! Are you going to show pics? Did you get more exotics besides Straws?

Thanks!! Yes, pics are coming. :)

I was actually trying to find a 75 gal for a friend when I came across the 120 and I couldn't resist. I payed more for my 90 and it came with nothing, not even a stand or a top!

About the adoption.... Y'all know I have a adoption ad here. I also put one up on craigslist for those who don't know anything about this site. She reached out to me from craigslist last week. So I ended up getting all 11 of her babies - 9 PPs and 2 Es.... I got everything she had except for a tank. Es are exotics in my book because I can't find any in my state.
