i buy frozen bloodworms from my pet store. they love these, and they come in a plastic container similar to a super small ice cube tray. i love to wash and reuse it after i use all the blood worms because it helps with the frusterations of feeding hermies! you can fill each "cube" with snacks for your crab, some mixed if you want, and then freeze it. makes it much easier to switch foods and have foods prepared for them. i keep a lot of crushed egg shell "cubes" and peanut butter "cubes" on hand as those are my crabs favorites!
