I have a 55 gallon with about 10-12" of sand.
My dad just text me and said that a guy at his work has kids who don't want their crabs anymore.. I know they're not being taken care of and I really want to take them in. But I already have 2 strawberries, 2 E's, and 2 PPs. I'm pretty sure they're all PPs but there's 4 of them. I already consider the crabs I have now a little too much
So this seems like a LOT of crabs to me, especially with how the Es like to dig and how big and sensitive the straws are.
I honestly want to make a separate tank for the straws and PPs but it won't be for a while since I'm going to college this semester and obviously can't take them with me.
What should I do??

Re: Over stocking?
Would those 4 crabs do well in a 20 gallon?? I just realized I have an extra ultratherm heat mat and sand so I could totally set that up for them. I think I can even get the 20 gallon for free.

Re: Over stocking?
They would do great in the 20. Keep on mind that there's a good chance not all are going to survive if they come from bad conditions.
