Pics of the Crew and Tat

Post by cannm » Fri Aug 11, 2017 4:54 pm

Hi everyone,

After a long hiatus, I finally got back into crabbing. Here's my crew so far:

My newly furnished 29 gallon with a second level (sorry for the crooked, blurred picture).

A few pictures of Squish (he changes shells quite often - this is his fifth shell in five days)

Here's Hercules (named the first day I had him when he managed to lift the lid off the tank and escape up my curtains  )

This is Chip. He's currently under for our first molt together. He's also a frequent shell changer.

Chip and Hercules hanging out.

And last but not least, this is my incredibly shy PP named Kermie (as you can see from the photos). He's currently under for our first molt together as well.

Ooh it looks great! I have a 29 gal too and I love it because it's not too big:) How deep is your sub? Those are E's right? I just have PP's in my bunch but yours are so cute!

Thanks! Yes - they are all Es except for Kermie. My substrate is about 7 inches deep.

Look good! The only thing i would mention you may have to replace some time in the future is those water bowls, I've seen a couple in aus - dunno if they are the same, but look pretty similar - and not exactly the deepest things out there.

Thanks! Actually, my goal for today is to build deeper pools for them.
