Pansy stems

Pansy flowers and leaves are listed on the safe food list, but I’m wondering if the stems are also safe?

They're safe, it's just that people usually view stems as trash. anything that is in the leaves has gone through the stem. You could even feed them the roots if you wanted to. It's not poisonous
