Salt or freshwater pool?
Salt or freshwater pool?
Hi all! Is it ok for me to only put one bubbler pool in the tank? If I only choose one (space consideration), would saltwater or freshwater be better? Or are both necessary? Thanks!

Both fresh and salt water are necessary and should be available at all times look at the water care sheets here Care: Water - Fresh, Salt, & Why to Use a Dechlorinator

Both pools are necessary, but I would think you can put the bubbler in only one of them. I would choose the fresh water, just in case of splash over.

Yes, I have both fresh and saltwater bowls but I was just talking about the bubbler pools.

I agree with Curly sister.
IMO it depends on what kind of crabs you have.
If you have PPs or Brevis then put the bubbler in the freshwater pool.
If you have Es, Lilas or Straws then put it in the msw pool.
