Moved and a lot's happened. Slight rant.

Okay. I just moved about a week ago.
Gosh, so much has happened.
We moved on Tuesday. Dug the crabs up to move them, of course. All were alive and well, except Mango. She was weak. She passed on Wednesday. She is already much missed, my little tiny baby.

We have them in our attic, and I don't even need a heat pad. We've been having a massive heat stroke here, 100 degrees F+ Weather. So...it's been in the high 80's/low 90's in the tank. Been trying to cool that down.

Yesterday I went to turn their light on (It was nighttime- very dark and I needed the tank light on to see them and to check temps) and I put my hand onto the lid, put my weight onto it momentarily to reach down and it shattered. At nearly 10pm at night. Fun, right? So I got the crabs out and boiled the decor, scooped the glass shards out, ect. (Covered it in saranwrap, and just got a new lid a few hours ago- they're okay)
Hoping for some peace now.
Just wanted to tell everybody who might have been missing me. I'm back now.

Im absolutely dreading when I have to move out and take my crabbos and fish with me, as they both gonna be rather intensive and take a bit of effort to do so. At least you got the hard part of the move out of the way! ^_^ just gotta settle in.

The heat stroke seems to be over as it's 81 F in the tank this morning.
