Husband not feeling it! :)

My poor husband does NOT understand my obsession with Eugene... 'Gene's been down for 3 weeks now i think and my husband keeps coming into my office and checking his tank... "still nothing? what do you see in this thing?"

Well, he's super fun to watch climbing when he's up! I just have to be patient... he'll be back!

At least he sounds like a willing participant. My darling bride won't even gaze into our hermie habitats. They freak her out. It's basically my 10yr/old and I that are into it. The 3 older kids could not care less.

It is kind of ironic that if you don't see your hermit crabs, it pretty much tells you, you are keeping them properly. It mimics their normal life of nice hiding and digging space for the day, then they come out at night.

I think there has been a misunderstanding, I posted this in a “laughing” way. He may not understand why I like them but he has no problem with me having them and I am not trying to force him to like anything. It was a humorous observation
