Since you've come to the emergency forum, we know you want a fast answer to your question. In order for us to figure out the problem as quickly as possible, we ask that you answer the following questions as best you can. Some of them may seem odd, but they're all designed to give us the information we need to give you a good solution for your problem. The things in the [ brackets ] are there to make this post easier to read once submitted. Thanks!

3. Is a heat source used in the tank? If so, what?
Yes, ultratherm mat attached to side of tank

Just one, 3 in diameter

10. How many extra shells are usually kept in the tank, if any?

No

12. How often do you clean the tank and how?
Rotating the substrate every month, cleaning all upper surface features every week, food/water every other day

13. Are sponges used in the water dish? If so, how are they cleaned?
No

14. Has anything new been added to your crabitat recently?

15. Is there any other information you would like to share that might be helpful (anything that is regularly part of your crab care, playtime, bathing, etc.)?
Crab just moved into new housing 2 months ago

16. Please describe the emergency situation in detail.
Crab has been streaking, on and off for 1 week. Tried several times to encourage shell use in iso, but hasn't worked. Now he has become lethargic, unmoving. Not eating, not drinking. Tried pb, honey, cuttlebone, and nothing is working. Took out of iso just to see if he would move around but nothing.

Your conditions sound good. Unfortunately, this does not sound good for your crab. He is dropping his shell because he is weak, and with crabs we can't do anything for diagnostics to find out why they are ill.
The priority is to get him into a shell. Have you checked the naked crab care sheet?

Getting him into a shell is first, then try to feed the high energy foods like honey.
