Quick color inhancer.
If your in a rush or just dont feel like making a huge meal for your crabs here is a quick meal that will give your crabs some fresh food
Thinly slice a carrot
sprinkle with fish food or eggshell
put a bit of honey on top or on the side sprinkle with calcium ( eggshell, cuttlebone, ect)

Cut off a piece that is suitable for your crabs. freeze the rest in a ziplock. top with the oil from both capsules. cook black beans and bowtie pasta until tender. drain and dish a small amount ofn the side of the Green omelet. freeze the rest.

Yesterday night they had a chicken leg with a little meat left near both sides of the joint, shaved coconut, and some corn-on-the-cob.
This morning, there was nothing left but a clean chicken bone and a rough looking corn cob. When they're hungry, they're really hungry.

Coconut Couscous! sounds yummy, you have to tell us how to make that one. My crabs are still very much loving the sea lettuce. They cant seem to get enough of it right now. They also had anchovy, blueberries, broiled blue fish, cantaloupe and coco nut. Of course the mineral supplement is always in the tank with the crushed oyster shell and worm castings..
