Low temperature and not stable humidity

I currently have 3 hermit crab Clypeatus in a 5 gallon tank. I know that its small but i have one small fresh water pot and a salt water one with one inch deep. I have a bunch of climbing things like plantes and wood. The real problem is that at home, my room is about 72 degrees and I have an heating lamp and no thermometer and the tank doesnt seems to be hotter than my room. (I cant raise the temperature). The heating lamp reduce the humidity sometime down to 50% (for like 3 hours). I covered a part of my tank with plastic paper? (Don't know what is the name in english, what we use to cover food..). I want to know if its a big problem that I need to solve immediately or I can continue that way for 1 or two weeks?

You'll want to pick up a thermometer as soon as you can to be sure of the temperature. If your temperature is too low, you can try insulating the tank in some way, with a blanket or aluminum foil (though be cautious not to cover the heat lamp). You may need to go with a higher watt heat bulb. An under tank heater is another option for a heat source, though you'll want to place it on the outside back or side of your crabitat (not under) and it may need insulating as well.
Raising the humidity is something you'll want to take care of right away. In the article found here, it explains why humidity is important and ways you can raise and keep it in your crabitat. I hope it helps.

Clypeatus (Purple Pinchers) can handle cooler temperatures than other species, and their minimum temperature is 75 degrees. I would be worried that you could easily overheat a small tank with a heat bulb, so please be very careful. We are horrible at judging temperature and humidity by feel! If it's reducing humidity then it is definitely warming the air. Please try to get or borrow a thermometer as soon as possible so you know that they're safe.

It's done I have a thernometer with an UTH. My temperature is now between 77 and 80
