I just got my order from HCP today at work! I was super excited to get it and look through it all. Unfortunately, (or I guess I should say fortunately) it was packed SO WELL. Peanuts everywhere, and I couldn't get a look at my stuff without making a mess in my office. So my curiosity shall have to wait. So I can't say much about the products yet, but the packing job was excellent!I'm very happy with the customer service, too. I sent two emails and both were responded to within a couple hours.OK, I've dug out the shells I bought. I bought the assortment of small shells and figured they would not be very pretty. Boy was I wrong. They are absolutely gorgeous!!

The Hermit crab patch is why I am now providing optimum care for my crabs because of the excellent products and info. Plus I followed the link from their site to this forum and have learned even more. I highly recommend it if you havent been there yet, go!

I just placed my first (and huge) order from HCP today and am majorly impressed. I ordered two combo hoods so that I could have a hood on each side of the 55 gallon that I am about to set up. Tammy called me to confirm that was correct and that I hadn't accidentally ordered 2 because it was such a large ticket item. Then I got an email a few hours ago that my package had already shipped and would be here on Tuesday. I am amazed at the speed of which she prepared my order. I can't wait for it to get here!

I received my first order from THCP today and am very happy with the merchandise and customer service. I'm getting ready to send out my second order.

I received my order today, I ordered late Monday and received it Thursday. Very Fast. And all the little shells was wrapped in tissue paper. They really care about the customer.

Placed my first order with THCP on Wednesday, and it came today. The shells are amazing (best shells I've bought so far and cheaper) and the crabs are digging the nuts n bugs so far! I haven't put the new wormcastings in yet, because I just put in the last of Addiction ones, but everything else is a huge hit!

I also ordered from there and was SUPER pleased! Everything was beautifully wrapped,v and my crabs LOVED all the stuff! Tammy must coat the stuff with a love potion before she sends it!

I have placed several order with The Hermit Crab Patch! Tammy and Kirk are on top of everything. Very helpful with every aspect. Everything I have ever ordered comes wrapped!!! It was like Christmas opening my order from them. I received my 5 hermit crabs yesterday and love them. Tammy did a WONDERFUL job selecting just the right hermit crabs for us!

I have to add to the long list of accolades. I am preparing to set up a 75 gallon tank and I bought lots of their décor as well as some food and shells. I was so impressed that I sent them an email to let them know how much I appreciate them. I cannot wait to set up my new crabitat. I just know my hermies will appreciate all the goodies even more than I do.

The hermit crab patch has been VERY very good to my crabs!! I shop about every month- few months Love the foods , supplements and shells. My crabs will be disappointed without the hermit crab patch
