How many use grapevine

I have a lot of grapevine in my tank. It's kinda like a highway system for getting around the tank. Always interesting when two meet and have to decide how to pass one another. My crabs eat on it also.

Just wondering how many people use grapevine in their tanks and it your hermies eat it?

I have artificial grapevine partly woven into the fish net at the back of the tank and, yes, it sure does serve as a little highway system . Although I love the idea of natural grapevine but would have no idea where to find any and would worry that it had been sprayed with pesticides. Where did you find yours?

I'm kind of interested in doing this. Where do you find artificial grapevines? Also, if anyone knows where to get real ones that'd be cool too

Live in southern West Virginia and it is everywhere. We own about 55 acres of land that is out in the middle of nowhere. My husband hunts out there. All kinds of grapevine. We try to get the stuff that is not currently growing. No chance of anyone using chemicals out there. I really try hard to be very careful about what goes in the tank, but if it comes from there I don't worry about it. Won't use stuff right by my house because my husband has been trying to save our hemlock trees from some bug that has invaded. I also get lots of leaves from out there that are on the safe food lists.

I use it and buy it from local pet stores. It's sand blasted. Most people use it in reptile habitats, fish tanks and as bird perches.

I never thought of using grape vine, I have a grape vine in my backyard that grows against the house and we do spray but haven't since last summer, since is kind of pointless to spray in the winter, I have been watering it again but don't know if I would trust it, do u guys think it's out of its system yet

I found the fake grapevine at Goodwill, also a great source for artificial ivy and other types of vines.

I stole the pieces I was using in my fishtank for the crabs years ago. There isn't much left of it now! They ate most of it.
